Learning & Development Program Manager, X
As the X People Operations team, it’s our mission to Attract, Accelerate, and Launch these moonshots into the real world. Due to the smaller size of our organization and rapid pace of change, every Xer plays a critical role in the success of these moonshots. The X POps team not only executes programs and operations that accelerate the business, but we also are trusted thought partners to help make business critical decisions.
The X POps team is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of a brand new Manager Development program at X. You will have the opportunity to deliver an L&D path for Managers that meets foundational needs as well as run audacious experiments for targeted segments of our manager population.
We are a small team, so you will have end-to-end exposure of what it takes to run a People Operations function at a company that moves at lightspeed and you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions that accelerate the business.
The ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and know where to find answers quickly. You are experienced with change management and are comfortable operating in an organization that scales quickly. We are a dynamic organization that likes to run experiments so are looking for a colleague who is excited about trying new things and offering a creative yet efficient approach to people programs. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You are scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to share in the magic of working at X.
